587,330 words posted, so I definitely wrote over 600k. I started writing/posting this story around October 2013 and have been working on it ever since. Flying Free is done. It clocks in at 64 chapters (including 3 interludes), 264,386 words, and...and it's done.

I called in sick to work today due to a combination of cramps, steroid side effects, and a migraine that's been threatening since last night. It turned out to be the completely right thing to do, as I didn't make it out of bed until about 10:30 and only then because Morgan kept pinging me to make sure I'd taken my meds.

1. Root canal went fine yesterday, and I have Vicodin if the regular ibuprofen/tylenol trick doesn't work. (No, I am not going to take tylenol and then the Vicodin, guys, give me some credit for knowing my meds.)
